         Cost: Fall Season (8 Games) - $850.00 per team
         $106.25 per game per team
         (only $13.00 per player per game based on an 8 player roster)

Schedule: Monday September 29, 2008 to Monday November 17, 2008
- Men's Open & Over 30 games for will be played from 7-10pm on Monday nights.
- Begins Monday September 29, 2008

Length of Games: Two 25-minute halves
Size of Field: 105' x 180'
Number of Players: 5 v 5

Uniforms: All teams must wear matching uniforms and provide own flags. Uniforms will not be provided.

Additional Info:
- Open League open to men ages 18 and older. Proof of age required.
  Over 30 League open to men ages 30 and older. Proof of age required.
Registration Info:
- Completed Registration Form and $200 deposit required to reserve a spot
- All players MUST sign a Waiver & Consent Form
- All fees must be paid in full before 1st game
- Registration Deadline is September 29, 2008
